Women's Life Groups
A Place To Belong
At Calvary, we want people to experience and learn real answers to real life issues. In fact, that is what God wants for you as well. God never intended for us to live aimlessly in this world; that is why He gave us His Word, the Bible. The best way to connect with God and belong to His church is through a Life Group. Calvary has a number of on-going Life Groups that meet at the church or in homes on Sundays and throughout the week. In addition to the women's groups listed below, there are other Specialty Life Groups (such as Recovery Support, Circle of Friends and Grief Share), as well as co-ed classes for singles and couples. If you have questions about the Life Groups, feel free to contact the leader directly, email us your questions at lifegroups@calvarybaptist.org, or call the Life Development office at 727.441.1581, ext. 121.
How to join a Life Group:
We encourage you to visit several Life Groups until you find the one that best fits you. Once you discover a Life Group that you would like to join, simply ask the leader of that Life Group to make you a member. You will be asked to fill out a form so that your name and information can be added to that Life Group's software profile. This will ensure that you receive information related to the Life Group such as parties, events, and other special activities.
An Important Note!
Life Groups are safe places. You will not be put on the spot to read the Bible out loud or pray in front of others. We understand that different people have different comfort levels. Nobody knows everything there is to know about God or the Bible. We are always striving to grow in our relationship with God and with others. Life Groups help us accomplish both!
